Nissan’s honorary Director of Excitement, Usain Bolt, will auction off his one-of-a-kind ‘Bolt Gold’ GT-R this coming Thursday. It seemed inevitable, given the upgrades made to Nissan’s MY2012 GT-R, that the Juke-R would inherit the same performance (up from the concept version’s 480bhp) from its 3.8-litre twin-turbo V6 engine.
In addition to these final technical enhancements, the first production Juke-R also gains a new look in its transition to a fully-fledged road car.
In my last report I distinctly remember warning you all. There’s a new kid in town. He’s young. He’s full of ambition. And he means business. He walks confidently through the paddock, yet is barely noticed by the regulars.
