An open-air version of Aston’s most powerful Vantage will be available as a ‘limited edition’ in selected markets worldwide. The V12 Vantage Roadster is powered by Aston Martin’s 510bhp naturally aspirated 6.0-litre V12 engine mated to a six-speed manual gearbox.
At 16:00 hours this Saturday (19th May), the most arduous endurance race of all will make its 40th start, and for seventh successive year Aston Martin will join the ADAC Zurich Nürburgring 24 Hours grid with no less than four factory and four customer team cars.
With the production launch of the V12 Zagato under way, Aston has turned its hand to the rest of the Vantage range, revamping its looks, Sportshift transmission and chassis.
